Beautiful Creations Hair & Nail Salon

Booked an appointment with Jenna for a Devacut and olaplex treatment, went home and washed and styled my hair a few days later and noticed some pieces of my hair were not cut properly. Some weren't cut at all, left side of my hair was cut in a V, the right side cut straight across, I messaged her about fixing it, she said that she would check her books, I messaged her again about fixing it and what day and never recieved a response. Would not trust her to cut your curls. Horrible customer service and bad business ethics. I would find someone with a higher level of training.

They were very accommodating for a last minute appointment for a pedicure! The salon is cute and clean. Chrissy was lovely and my pedicure turned out great!
