I made an appointment for Monday online.And then they called me Monday right before my appointment and said we aren't open.So I rescheduled for tuesday. Then the lady's car broke down which is understandable and it happens. I rescheduled for an hour later and she seemed to think she could make it. Stupid, I should have known better. Came in and waited for thirty minutes. The only other person there was doing a two hour lash lift. They did not seem particularly apologetic or like they wanted to keep my business. Neither did they try to arrange for someone else to come in and do my facial. First world problems, I know, but I expected better.

Brii was very professional and friendly. She greatly exceeded my expectations. Meticulous and detail oriented. The environment was relaxing, esthetically pleasing, and clean. I will be returning regularly for services.
