Fue muy bueno el servicio hasta hace unos años el producto que usan es barato no sirve daña el pelo y no cumple con su pioposito y se pagan altas cantidades para q no sirva no lo recomiendo mas por q tampoco se hacen responsables de su mal trabajo, It was very good the service a few years ago but now their products are cheap and do not make any effect more than bad, they are not responsible for the maltreate that their products give to the hair, I do not recommend it badly and they are despots and disgusting to the hour that one claims them, nothing good bad quality

I had a fantastic experience at Bea Salon! I went in for a haircut and hair treatment, and both were excellent. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. My hair feels so much healthier and looks amazing. Highly recommend Bea Salon if you’re looking for quality service and a great overall experience!

If I could I give this establishment 0 stars I would! Take your business elsewhere, the staff here has NO consideration for you time. They work on their schedule not yours even if you were told they where available for an appointment. I had an appointment at 2pm (arrived at 1:50pm) and was not helped at all. No other salon in the Charlotte area does this! If other salons are overbooked they will tell you so you don’t waist your valuable time, but this salon won’t tell you!! I left the salon at 3:23pm with no hair cut! She helped three other people, during my time. She just sat them down and ignored me. I didn’t even get an apology from the lady. I texted her and told her how rude it was for her to waste my time and waited for a couple of hours to give her a chance to reply and be professi
