BB African Hair Braiding Studio

I paid $225 for boho knotless braids and I had a horrible experience. The braider, I think her name is Danielle rushed on my hair and did not braid it to the bottom, she did not use all the hair she only used one and a half pack of hair when I bought 3 packs so I wasted my money again… now my hair is shorter than I wanted and it’s ugly. I paid $225 to look like a grandma.She knew it was too short and only took pictures to make it appear longer than it is…VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BB AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING STUDIO. I am Highly dissatisfied

I’m absolutely in love with my boho braids! She truly understood the look I was going for and brought it to life perfectly. Not only is her work beautiful and neat, but she was also so sweet, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely booking again. Highly recommend her if you want braids that stand out and last! 💕✨

Becky and her girls are the best braiding experience in Jacksonville. They make sure you are satisfied with your hair before you leave. I always leave happy! Everyone is professional and helpful.

Though it was cute until I got home to take a good look I told her to do them small she stated it’s medium which is a good size I had 3 people work in my head , yes my hair short but it’s still able to be gripped, she a very sweet lady but I’m piss and can’t even get a refund ! My sis said I look like the predator because it’s bulky and other people was like girl she played in your head it’s so embarrassing , I asked for a refund she doesn’t do refunds and said I’m the one who picked the hair I should of listen to my husband rock my natural she messed me up and it’s sad how people pretend to know how to do hair just for money
