Organized and friendly staff. I think it’s a smaller store compared to others. Checkout was quick and simple. I prefer this location although smaller, I like that it wasn’t crowded.

So excited to finally have something like this here. The customer service is amazing. Although the employees still seem to be learning, I asked about a scent and the employee told me to go to Gio and Gio knew exactly what I was looking for. She had patience with me and helped me out so much. The whole team is so kind. I’m ready to spend my free time here.

So happy to finally have a B&W here. The store is a good size and has helpful employees. Will be coming back for more soaps!

I got two steps inside the store and I had to turn right back around and leave. Someone within the corporation has deemed it necessary to pump into the store a very over-powering artificial aroma. It is well beyong the combined collective of the individual product fragrances on the shelves. My guess is they were sold on the idea that particular fragrance has proven to be good at 'putting the customer in purchase mode' when exposed to that particular fragrance. That was the most unwelcoming experience I have had in a store in a very long time. Really horrible.

I would definitely recommend coming here it has great prices alot of sales very clean the people are very nice the manger Robbie(im pretty sure that's his name) is supper funny and nice also a worker Cameron he is so funny nice and sweet help me and my aunt out anytime and he had great recommendations. I love it there. Nothing wrong.
