I would’ve given 10 stars if i could!! My Thai Massage and Abdominal work experience was quite phenomenal! Lauren is a true healer. Just being in her beautiful studio, in her presence felt like decompression already. Well versed in a different healing modalities, Lauren’s Thai massage is nothing like Thai massage you experienced anywhere else. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep during the treatment I felt much lighter physically, as if I finally dropped a heavy backpack off my shoulder, , with more mental clarity than ever. After massage was done , Lauren recommended me certain exercises and prepared a refreshing drink for me. Desert people, you are so lucky to have Lauren! I genuinely wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked my session with Lauren, but it was absolutely incredible. Not only does Lauren make you feel comfortable and supported, but she truly seems interested in your well being. Her questions prior to the session were thoughtful and allowed her to individualize the treatment. I left the session feeling amazing, but I must say it was the next morning when I realized how impactful the treatment had been. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. She has a true gift.

Lauren is an incredible human and healer! She's intuitive and caring and I felt 100% taken care of while in her care. I've received a Thai massage from her which left me feeling invigorated, open and relaxed as well as Abdominal Therapy which was absolutely phenomenal! For someone with a lot of abdominal pain and discomfort I left feeling much better immediately and lighter and less bloated as the days and weeks passed by.
