Okay, I was totally disappointed. I came on the 25th, and it was closed down. Because of the heat, but when they opened what worth the wait? The staff was very helpful. The store had everything other stores didn't. I was able to get a full set for my son. They were willing to help you find things. And also explain. Let's just say I earned a reward just with walking in there. I spent so much job well done

Bath & Body Works offers everything you want to smell good and feel clean. There are soaps, lotions, hand sanitizers and more for women and men. They have a variety of scents no matter if you prefer fruity, floral, sweet or outdoorsy. During holidays there are even more scents. Actually, there are so many choices it can be overwhelming. The store was clean, organized and stocked. The employees were helpful but following me around suggesting products was not what I needed. The prices are good when there are sales, which is often. There was only one register open even though there was a line.

Pretty sure it was the manager since she has a track record of bad reviews on here. Anyways I Usually have a decent time in person as I hardly go to bath and body works but But i had a phone call to ask about a sale, the woman had SO much attitude when I was asking a simple question. I understand they close in 30 minutes but I don't have to deal with that, so I had to hang up on her because like I said im not the person she has the right to put her anger out on. Should've got her name but I'm gonna switch over to Yankee candle. Heard their candles burn longer anyways. Especially their woodwicks.

First issue is that I had, was they close to early. most times 30 minutes before they’re scheduled to close. Secondly, there was no one around to assist me. Thirdly. The manager or whom ever was closing the door last not was extremely rude. (Female employee with the braids) Instead of assisting us so that we could make our purchase and leave. She just stood at the door and said it’s 8 o’clock. The cashier was very helpful and tired to assist me with buying one of the gift bag for a birthday event and we told the manager that but the women who was closing the door said “ yeah but it’s 8 o’clock and rushed us out. So we didn’t complete our purchase and I may loose me reward because it expires soon…. That is not good business or customer service. Will never come to this location again. The

Bath & body works my favorite girl down time place the supervisor Kim at Willow Grove bath & body is totally amazing. The brand new fall scents are truly delightful. Professionalism and customer service went a long way.
