Bath & Body Works

Came in to redeem my free item up to $18.95 coupon on the new peeps collection. The lady on the floor was talking to me about the new stuff until I mentioned I was deciding between two items I liked because I have a free item coupon. She immediately stopped talking to me and walked away. Then when I got to checkout I heard her say to her coworker, “Well there goes our conversion, she isn’t buying anything.” The other coworker looked at me and rolled her eyes and checked me out without much at all other than “you have a coupon?”

Went in looking for a certain deodorant that I was given for Christmas. Store associate saw me searching and just kept stocking the shelf. Didn't say hello, didn't ask if I needed help. Maybe she's mad because it's new years day, or maybe it's because I'm a man, either way it's poor customer service. Won't be coming back here ever.

I entered the store 10 minutes before closing Sunday. Seems as through all employees turned and welcomed me. In a casual way, asked me what I was looking for and informed me of last day offers. They offered a basket, Initially I refused and after seeing my arms full they offered the basket again. Of course I accepted. I was given advice, assistance offered from the moment I entered until I exited. The store is well maintained, and filled with beautiful people ready to serve.

I gave this a 2 star instead of a 1 just because the ladies that work here are incredibly friendly, but I’m highly disappointed with how bath and body works is run and operated as a whole and I will not be supporting it any longer. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpful questions, but it quickly went from helpful, to annoying. Now, with this said, I AM NOT BLAMING THE WORKERS FOR THIS. After some research I came to found out that bath and body works employees are not paid a commission for their sales, but are instead tracked with a “sales per hour” system, and what do they do to reward their employees? They favor them with their schedules and offer them special “benefits” if they get more sales per hour. So yes, you heard that right, they have no respect for their emp

Worst customer service ever. This location has the most rude and neglectful employees ever. If you’re going to ring up other employees and play around, at least acknowledge your customers and tell them you’ll be right with them? Whoever runs this place needs to hire better people or teach them how to do the bare minimum. Will happily travel to any other location before going to this one.
