Shawn and Fatima made my experience better than I expected. They went above and beyond to help me secure the princess tangled candle holder and even wrapped it nicely for me. They were very helpful and always asking if I needed anything else. A few of the other staff that I didn’t get the names of were also very attentive and the store in general was very organized. It was easy to walk through and I would return here again because it’s my new favorite store!

I was at Bath and body on 01/06/26 to buy some stuff. On the first floor I went to look for a help to the register, since I could get a help from other workers. The lady at the register was frustrated because I stood on the wrong side. Well ok, I asked “where I can find facial cleanser etc. she said everything is on sale, well ok. But where is it? She go straight. I went, I didn’t see anything that is for face. I saw another worker talking to her colleague, I approached them to ask again please show me where is the facial cleanser. She said it’s mixed with the sale items. I looked through the sale items, still can’t find it. I went back to the worker to ask please show me what you have for face, this time 3 colleagues were talking about their kids and grand kids. I said I need help please,

The store manager was very unprofessional when I asked for help 2 weeks ago. The sign said all bodycare is $4.95. One of the sales associate said that it's for all body care. Once I got to the register I was told that only body cream and mist cost $4.95. I was ask to select something else. When i approached the Willowbrook manager to ask about the sale she was rude and very dismissive. She had such a nasty attitude and I told her the signs were very misleading and false advertisement. Her response was no it's not it makes perfect sense and she was like have a good day and walked away with an attitude. Got this candle from this store and it exploded and almost set my house on fire was the extreme wait in line worth the near total lost. Hopefully someone reaches I spend a lot of money here this is a let down!

Huge store in willowbrook mall. They were having an incredible sale of $4.95 for products that usually go for $13-$17 dollars. It was so crowded that there was a line to get in. Staff were doing a fantastic job of keeping things in order. Checkout had long lines but was moving pretty quickly. Store had excellent inventory of both men and women products. Christmas collection of hand soaps were delightful. Big fan of their foam hand soaps, men’s facial wash and body lotion. We like their tiny hand sanitizers too.
