The employees are extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. While I was there with my grandmother, she had a medical emergency and the staff was amazing!! They stayed calm, offered a chair, water, and food, and called 911. After all of that, they even held the items I'd had in my basket for me to buy at a later time. Lastly, Louis helped me and my grandmother walk to our car. The employees here are genuinely very kind, helpful people. ❤️

This place is like a personal heaven to me. I love the customer service and the friendliness. I love how they take time to make sure you get your discounts. They don’t judge you like other places. I love how they’re never rushing you at the register. I love the vibes here. I came here about a week ago to get some smell good stuff for my sister and they were so helpful to me. They’re always smiling and patient.

I visited this locationg today, a Sat. morning, and it was nice and quiet. I came in since their aromatherapy products were $5.50 and I had a $10 off $30 coupon, so I picked up 7 tubes of their aromatherapy body cream. The store was organized and fully stocked. Their associates were kind and patient with me while I retrieved my password for their reward app. Overall, an excellent experience. I can't wait to return for their semi annual sale after Christmas.

Sales counter didn't bother to open up more cashiers when more than 3 ppl in queue. Furthermore when I asked to credit my points via email, the staff kept asking and insisted I can only use a mobile number. I wished I made my buys at the other B&BW store #324B - they definitely has better customer service!

Always love the smells in here - ordered online and picked up in store and it was ready in an hour - so convenient and no shipping charges - and it gives you a reason to go into the store and make more purchases as you walk in to pick up order !
