Great store, friendly employees and great selections.

The first customer service rep was a bit curt, not very friendly. This was not the experience I have had in the Queensbury shop. However, the manager gave me a 20% discount because of what I purchased and that was very nice. I'm not sure if I would go back to that to that particular store.

I hope this review goes to the right woman that helped my husband on Monday 3/27/23 for my birthday gift. I am extremely sensitive to certain aromas. You did an amazing job helping my husband pick out body wash and hand lotion. You my friend are my spiritual soul mate. I was scared at first. I closed my eyes for every bottle. The employees themselves were sweet and helped me with what I needed but when one of them messed up when cashing me out the manager or boss came out and started using an attitude with me for doing a split payment. I felt shamed and although this happened at the beginning of the year it has made me avoid the place like the black plague.
