Bath & Body Works is easily one of my wife’s favorite places to shop, and honestly, I get why. The moment you walk in, the whole store smells amazing — like a mix of fresh florals, warm vanilla, and whatever seasonal magic they’ve cooked up. Their body washes, lotions, and fragrance mists are top‑tier, and my wife always finds something new she loves. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, whether she’s hunting for a specific scent or exploring new collections. They’re patient, knowledgeable, and quick to recommend something that fits her style. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked with plenty of options, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Very well staged, however just like many other stores Christmas is being pushed upon Us way too early. Prices still remain high for the product you get. Even though they may have good sales once in a while. Store still remains clean, and employees are very polite. Product placement is expertly done however the space is very limited due to displays being tightly packed.

The stores are beautiful and the service is amazing. Im just getting tired of fragrances I love going away....limoncello was one of my absolute favorites.. Now there isn't anything lemon! I went in for sweet cinnamon pumpkin and there's only hand soap. It's frustrating when you find something uou like and suddenly it's gone.

Why are the body sprays all different prices but the same size? The scents aren't as good as they used to be anyways. I put my items back after spending a good 30 minutes shopping. The price bait and switch really rubs me the wrong way. Poor practice in my opinion.

Too expensive and the scented wallflowers plug in oils & body sprays do not smell that great anymore
