My name is Sean and I came bath and body works today to get a gift for someone and when i went to the counter to buy my candle the lady Debra told me about the sale which was as cool and all but then when i said no she forcesably the sale again and again. It started to make me feel bad about and embarrassed to buy only one candle. my experience was not the best and i will keep coming to hopefully buy gifts but today’s visit was .005/5 stars

We came to bath and body works for my husband's birthday gift. We did not get greeted. We were trying to look up things and they were just not even coming to say hi, the vibe did not feel good here.

Love their men’s stuff, it’s an awesome gift for any occasion! I buy stuff for my husband here all the time, Mahogany Teakwood and Graphite are definitely my favorite!

I went into this location to do a return and the workers were very nice at greeting, but as soon as they heard I was doing a return the whole demeanor changed. It became awkward. The older woman at the cash register was very rude, and acted like returns might be her pet peeve. Businesses have return policies to build customer trust and satisfaction. Unfortunately doing returns is a part of their job. There is DEFINITELY room for improvement on customer service. After the return I was not treated like the other shoppers. I was not offered a basket or helped. Really sad, especially for a company known to have one of the best return policies and customer service reputations.

Absolutely love this place! Their fragrances are my favorite, both for the home and for body lotions.
