I placed an order online and had my bf pick it up. When my bf came home I realized they gave him the wrong order.. despite him providing the order # and my name. The next day, my bf returned to exchange the item for the correct one I ordered.. they gave him a hard time and said the order was correct. Despite him showing my online receipt. They need to learn how to pay attention and learn to admit to their mistakes. I understand things happen, but don’t give someone a hard time because your staff messed up our order. Won’t be shopping at this location again.

I miss the old staff. Candle day was not organized like how it was in the past. Associates were not prepared. They were not helpful. Instead of doing 10 at a time like they normally do, they just let EVERYONE in that small store. We had to go to the register to ask for bags instead of them just handing the bags to us at the door so that we can place our candles in them while shopping. We also were not able to use coupons. This may be my last year at candle day for a while.

Came to the store at 11:15am on a Sunday and doors were locked, store opens at 11am associate asked to be given until 11:30am to come back. I came back at 11:37am and doors were open however the two associates at the register were short and passive aggressive. The key pad kept asking for my number and I expressed I placed it. She with a nasty tone and elevated voice says “it’s for the next customer” for a store that is popular and people spend a lot of money the last thing I want to deal with is a nasty associate, find workers who are friendly

I had a good shopping experience but when I got home and started putting my stuff away after dinner, 1 of my body sprays was missing from my bag. It's disappointing because now I have to drive up there tomorrow and get what I paid for which was not in my plans. When you pay for something as pricey as this economy is, you expect to get what you paid for. From now on, I can't shop at this location unless I count my items before I leave. I purchased 11 items and received only 10 so you can guess that I spent well over $100.
