Bath & Body Works

I'm doing a Secret Santa at my work and was told she liked Bath & Body works. Likes Coconut, Bergamot, Clean, and Lime smells but dislikes Berry, Rose, and Lillies. Lucy did an amazing job at finding the perfect thing i needed for an AMAZING price. My wife always told me Bath & Body works was too expensive but Lucy helped me find something in a very timely manner since I was on my work lunch and very affordable so I didn't go over the agreed Upon Limit. I want to say thank you to Lucy for the OUTSTANDING service she gave. Will definitely return for other gifts for family and friends!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. I especially love the 3 wick candles. I bought 8 candles yesterday, use a 25% off coupon. All under a $100. Best smelling candles ever. Such friendly customer serves and just a great visit all together.

We have been shopping at this location for years and have ALWAYS been treated well but I've never left a review until today. This afternoon my son and I had the privilege to be helped by Tina. From the greeting as we entered the store, to answering our questions, and then assisting us at check out, it was an absolute pleasure. Tina provided us with patience and kindness. Tina made my son feel very special and that won this Mom over. Kudos to B&BW for hiring a gem like Tina!

This location is really hit or miss. It's a tiny store compared to many others and they try to cram as much possible in it, which is fine if there's maybe up to 10 customers in there. With the holidays approaching, you can barely walk around with all the display tables and people trying to squeeze by each other. Customer service is a 50/50 shot. Sometimes they are right there, sometimes you get dismissed. I've never experienced bad service, just non-service. The music can also be very loud at times. I try to stick to weekdays when people are at work/school.

Amazing deals, very friendly staff, had alot of product in stock for the sale that was happening while I was shopping that day 😀
