The store is clean and well-organized, and offers a wide array of products in every conceivable fragrance. There are testers available for almost every individual product - and those that may be missing one almost certainly have a tester available in that same fragrance family, but in a different category (lotion -> body spray, for instance.) The employees are always incredibly kind and quick to offer assistance, without being overbearing or making one feel they've been placed under surveillance. Great customer service yesterday for an exchange at the Sangertown Store. The store was packed but organized, clean, and so many fun holiday items! 🎄🎅🏼 My Sales associate Mari was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the best way to do an exchange, instead of having to do a return. I had such a pleasant experience, I decided to do my Christmas hand soap shopping there, instead of online this year. 5 Star experience and customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly and well-informed staff always willing to help you with whatever you need. The place is organized and you always know your way around the store. Prices are somewhat fair considering the quality of their fragrance products. Be on the lookout for sales, they are lowered to amazing prices!
