Wow, wow,wow! I have never been more excited to leave a review for something. The Japanese 🍒 Blossom scent is one of best scents ever created. Someone at B&BW had a brilliant idea to make shampoo & conditioner with that scent and they should be promoted with an obscene pay increase. I learned recently that the small bottles are no longer available which made me a little sad. I had a list of people I wanted to buy it for. It is highly probable that I may not have tried the shampoo if it wasn't for the smaller size because of the price. Small bottles = $8 and the very large size = $16.95. I had never spent that amount of money on shampoo. Other than the scent I had no idea how it would be. The small bottle lasted me longer than full sized bottles of random brands. I walked into the New Bern, NC location for the first time. The salesperson was welcoming and asked how she could assist me? I described a product for my husband and she walked over to the shelf and handed it to me, based on my vague description. I was impressed with her service!

I know Pete Wentz was working in disguise. The nicest guy that was secretly Pete Wentz. Looked just like him. Made my experience a 5 star. Thank you Drew/Pete.

Absolutely love this store. The sales associates are very bubbly and lovely to speak with. Very helpful with my big order. I had several sales associates ask me multiple times how I was doing.They even convinced me to add to my list. 100% would recommend coming to see this store.
