Bath & Body Works

I ordered online and paid for my purchases, but never received an email other than the first one that acknowledged my order. When I didn't hear from them, I just drove over, hoping that it was being worked on, as the store would only be open for another 30 minutes. When I arrived (it seemed to be staffed pretty well at that hour), the young Lady pulled up my order and commented that it had to be put together still. I walked around and found a Sleep Apothecary set that I had originally wanted, but online it showed as unavailable in the store. So I purchased the items a-la-carte and they had it in the (more affordable) set in the store. This location truly has the best staff. They are so friendly and genuine when you walk up. I’ve been to the Chino grand location and it is night and day. You can feel that these ladies really like working at the Montclair location Especially when they interact with each other and they’re having fun helping you find stuff laughing and smiling they really enjoy what they’re doing and it’s very refreshing to see people who like their job.

Guys! Listen to me carefully. This store is friendly for us. I went in looking to put together a gift package for someone and had no idea what I was doing. The staff saw that and took such good care of me. They walked me through everything and asked what the person liked so they could start putting stuff together. If you need help and don't want to go it alone then go to this location.

On google maps the store is shown to be open at 10am the store wasn’t even open on the time schedule to be open now I have to walk around the mall till hopefully it opens soon
