STAY AWAY FROM HERE. DONT LET THESE 5 star reviews fool you they will screw you eventually. While the lash work itself is good, the professionalism and booking practices were extremely disappointing. I booked a 2 PM appointment over a week in advance and paid a deposit specifically to secure the time. I rearranged my schedule to make it work and drive from Los Angeles to come here, which is not a short trip. The day before the appointment I received a reminder asking me to confirm. Because I didn’t respond during the day (I was actually unwell), my appointment was given to another client, even though it had already been booked for over a week and secured with a deposit. Parking is convenient. Very easy to make an appointment. They also offer walk-ins. Vincy is my favorite tech; she always does my lashes exactly the way I ask for them. Very clean inside, the lash beds are very comfortable, I always end up falling asleep. They have a bathroom available to use before or after your appointment.

The place was nice and relaxing but i didn’t leave with the eyelashes i wanted. I called beforehand and asked if they knew how to do a particular style of lashes called “anime lashes” or “manga lashes” and the lady on the phone set me up with someone who was good at it. When the lady finished my lashes, she gave me the mirror and all i could say was “oh wow” and i did not mean it in a good way. I asked for a more Natural lash look and she gave me the opposite but i was too embarrassed to tell her that she did not do a good job on what i asked. I love this eye lash place. Ivy is such a sweet and great worker. She knows exactly what I want and I always leave super satisfied. I always recommend friends and family here and they also love the place. Super easy to make an appointment and great prices. Quality is great.
