Polished Nails

First and last time I come here. Unfortunately I came to this salon based off the positive reviews and was severely disappointed. When I informed the nail tech that I wanted long nails he asked me if i was sure and proceeded to laugh. Then he told me it would be 75 for long but in a way that was doubtful that I was going to pay. I told him that was fine and he proceeded to do my nails. Throughout the entire service he was really aggressive with my nails and was throwing my hands rudely when switching hands leaving my cuticles and nails looking horrible. In addition to my rude service, a young Black Woman walked into the salon and asked if they could do her pedicure and neither my tech or the woman doing the pedicure had the decency to respond until the young lady asked, "is that a yes or

I am not sure how this place has 4.9 stars. My manicure and pedicure were done very sloppy and unprofessional. I left hating my nails. Thick, chunky nails with uneven French tip a gel polish all over my cuticles. I was shocked when he said it was done without even cleaning the edges. For the money I spent, and ratings I saw, I expected a much MUCH better result. Not going there again.

Really good service not that expensive and really good designs

Horrible service don’t even acknowledge you when you come in and place has no AC. Don’t be fooled be positive reviews like I was.

Went in for a fill and to repair 2 nails I had broken. I can't believe how terrible they turned out!! They are different lengths. They are different shapes. They are different thicknesses. They are crooked. Some are not even flat across the tops! Plus at the end she put so much cuticle oil on me that she rubbed it on my entire hands and ended up pulling my ring off, not to mention coating it in oil. Then followed that with a hot towel and a lot of lotion! I'm so unhappy with them I probably just paid $51 JUST to go have them removed so I don't have to wear them out. Please do your hands a favor and go somewhere else.
