Went here the other night with my husband I was doing a review on all the new princess perfumes. Well one the employer knew everything their was to know about the perfumes. And I was seriously impressed. But over all great place to shop.

I absolutely love coming here to the Bath & Body Works at Fort Union in Midvale! Everytime I come here, I'm greeted with such love and happiness from all employees. Natalie always helps me find exactly what I want and need. Natalie knows all of the best deals, prices, promotions and rewards! She is extremely personable with all customers and very passionate about the stores products, presentation, and prices. When I come here, it doesn't feel like shopping, it feels like I'm visiting with my friends and I always leave with a gift so beautifully wrapped. Natalie is a superstar and her store is immaculate, energetic, and always sparkling with joy, beauty, and bliss! I came in with 3 coupons, since this place works on coupons. I asked when I came in if these specific coupons stack and I was told they do. In the end, they refused one physical coupon because I was told it couldn't be stacked with the online coupon at checkout. The online coupon didn't lower the cost on numerous items and still, they told me I couldn't use the physical coupon on those items. On leaving, I mentioned this to the employee that told me coupons stack and suddenly now there are stipulations. I want to stress that I was clear the whole time, showing the physical coupons and stating the online coupon code, which they were familiar with. In the end, they got me for approximately $8 extra.

The manager Nicole was amazing. I was buying a gift set and she showed me that the individual pieces were cheaper. and she even wrapped it up cute still. Such amazing service from everyone.

THESE CANDLES SMELL SO GOOD YOU MIGHT EVEN WANT TO TAKE A BITE OF THEM (DONT 🤢) Lots of good smells in the building. Not only good smelling but good smelling bath products (you won’t want to try these. There’s always a bit of a chemical smell buried deep that you know is gonna cause trouble in the taste). I think the staff might have been scared of me since I was wearing a really awesome hoodie. My brother got it for me for Christmas and honestly, I think I am ready to love him now.
