Who doesn't love this place?! I will admit it can be overwhelming with so many fragrances and scents to choose from but that is the beauty of this store. Certain smells can bring such strong emotions and remembrances to mind that perusing the options is a delight! And joining their rewards program offers the best in getting the most for your money. The personnel at this store are so helpful and friendly it just makes the whole shopping experience rewarding.

Wife variety of products. The inside scents is so overwhelming. I'd recommend to stay touch with website or subscribe, so you can get notified for ongoing promos instantly which will save a buck. Staff is friendly and great customer service.

Recently, I visited and noticed they had a promotion for 5 hand soaps for $27. I picked up 5 soaps from the various tables that had hand soap. After checking out and making my payment, I quickly realized that I hadn’t received the deal. I went back to the cashier who helped me and I asked about it. She said that one of the items was a hand gel, which didn’t qualify for the deal. All the soaps and 'hand gels' were displayed together, so it felt somewhat misleading. Also, I would have expected the employee to be aware of the promotions. When I was purchasing all soaps, I would have appreciated her mentioning something like, "I see you only have 4 soaps; if you buy a 5th, you’ll get a deal." I understand I overlooked the fact that the hand gel I picked was not a soap, but I hoped the staff wo

The store was very neat, the clerical staff were attentive. While there were many new scents to choose from, the collections were not very robust. For example the rose collection didn't have any foaming hand soap.
