the employees all had a werid attitude when i 1st walked in to the store it did not feel like a welcoming environment. skyler the blond girl was rude about my online order i just rather buy at the other bath and body

Asked to use free travel size coupon and was given a rather rude attitude when I explained it was mailed to my mom who lives out of town where they don’t have a bath and body. Was getting it for her… it does not say on the card have to present the card… I’ve been able to do this before with other stores. I tried to nicely explain it’s been done before and how it’s not exactly a “reward” but a mailed coupon and she didn’t care to listen. I’ve worked retail so I would have understood if it wasn’t for the tude I got from her.

Store smelled amazing, found out it was two candles. White pumpkin and pumpkin apple. My two favorite candles definitely will go back for more. Prices are alright still high in my opinion but it is located in a mini mall. Customer service was amazing, very kind and helpful. Even informed me of Halloween items coming out.

Love the Semi-annual sale. They do add new things to the 75% off table. Got some Oasis for my husband. I focused on the Vacation scents this year. Several have coconut. Waikiki, Key west, Belize, Fiji, coconut colada, Aromatherapy Seaside Breeze. Such fun.
