Bath & body works is a fantastic store. I love the wide variety of scents they have, and they always have a lot of discounts.

Love this place! Their pink lavender espresso candle is super amazing along with their Moonlit goddess and book loft. In addition their body washes are delightful and everyone is always super friendly!

Ohh this place can be an addiction to those who love candles and smells. I cant help myself going back for the sales . If it's full price, WAIT! From personal experience I have learned the hard way and hope some will learn the easy way by reading this because they won't tell you what the sales will be till the day of. Now that you know how they work, you can get great deals!! Watch out for sales like $10 single wick sales, they go for $5.95 at times.

Very friendly Management and accommodating with a coupon that I had. She also pointed out that I had points that I hadn’t used yet, and I wasn’t aware that I had accumulated for a free product. I left feeling appreciated and wanted as customer and it made something hard that I’m dealing with a little bit lighter and I felt happier that day.

I made on online order at this location, further from home because they said they had my full ordered available. So I drove the extra distance and at pickup they told me they could only fulfill part of the order and refund me the rest. I asked if I could get another scent of the same products at my purchase price since I’d already paid for them and they refused. I understand if you’re totally out of a product, but that wasn’t the case. I’ve never run into such poor customer service that was so completely avoidable, but will not be returning to that location at the outlets. UPDATE: the store manager did reach out and apologize for the “misunderstanding” and offered for me to drive back out there for them to honor the order the way I asked them to after driving out there the first time.
