Amazing staff! Right away, we were greeted by Sheila. Such a doll!! Made some suggestions even though we were just browsing. Had a great sale for buy 3 bath products, get 3 free as well as other great deals. Store is huge and has a great selection, even for Men which my son appreciated. I had issue with my card checking out (my fault) but they were nice enough to suspend my order til I sorted it out with my bank. Amber was super nice at checkout. She was nice enough to take the time to set up rewards for me so I get credit for my order today. On the way out, we spoke to another super nice worker, Jennifer, and found out she was a manager (she was kind enough to hand me a basket earlier when I struggled to hold all the things I picked up, lol). Enjoyed shopping at this place which the lotions are the best as well as the room sprays and hand sanitizers. They have so many choices of products in different scents whether it’s skincare or home products. This one in Oxford Valley Mall is one of the best which the service is great and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Dont really have a lot of selections like other BBWs. The employees are very helpful and nice.

Many choices , fragrances, colors and sizes for bath's and body. Helpful staff, extremely clean, bright, cheerful, well organized and products are displayed with care. A bit pricey but quality products, worth the visit to shop there.

Mike was wonderful at the oxford valley mall location. I went in to get some things for my wife and he was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. He made this trip probably the best shopping experience of my life. I felt like I was at a Gucci store. This speaks volumes as soaps, lotions and candles are probably the least interesting things personally for me to purchase.
