Very rude associate , @12:58pm I had asked this gentleman for some assistance in finding a wall plug he proceeded to snatch it out of my hand a wall plug in which scratched my finger as he took it away he then stated lady did you take this out of the wall? I replied no I found it right there with the other ones (I did not take it out the wall display ) Had simply asked if they had Another plug-in while he ignored me, he plugged the plug-in into a wall And said you took this out of the wall and then I proceeded to say I did not and he said well yeah we don’t have any of these. Don’t take it out of the wall (I never once took it out of the wall. Quite honestly has been the rudest interaction at this Bath and body Works and I come here quite frequently….

Ordered mini luxury line body mist online. (As a blind buy) And asked my husband to go exchange 3 of the 7 scents that i did not like. For 3 mini scents that i would like . At this point i no longer had the receipt usually in the past, they will exchange just with having your ID. The Manager was rude to my hubby and insisted that we had purchased the 5pc mini set in store and could only exchange the mist if i gave back all 5. Do we now clock what out costumers buy everytime they come in store. Im so confused 🫤 . Apparently according to the manager if you purchase a scent thats only a online exclusive you cant exchange in store. And since they only sell the minis online. I couldn't exchange them. Well she definitely lied i was able to go to another bath and body works and exchange them . T

I cannot believe I am writing this over a $50 gift card but I cannot believe the service that I received from customer care. A month ago the cashier, myself and the manager called customer service on speaker over a gift card issue. Belle at cust. service confirmed to all of us that the balance was $50 and the card itself had an issue and would be emailed a replacement. That never happened and customer care hung up on me saying they made a decision do not reissue it-basically calling us all liars. I have shopped here for so many year and cannot believe how I was just treated. its actually heartbreaking

What happens to the employed ladies? They are the rudest and most scandalous I have ever met in a store. This afternoon I went to buy a gift for Mother's Day and when I was leaving the store after making my purchase, my jacket accidentally rubbed against a soap dispenser and fell to the floor. When I saw it, I picked it up and placed it Back in its place, the product did not break, it was intact, but a dark-skinned employee said out loud that "it was terrible how I could have dropped it." I said sorry to them on two occasions and another older employee said wow in a scandalous voice, insinuating that I had voted for it on purpose when I turned around. They were more concerned that a glass dispenser that fell to the floor would not break than the well-being and care of a customer in the eve

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I found everything I wanted and was checked out quickly.
