I just had one of the worst experiences at any of the bath and body works I’ve been to over the years. There was only one cashier working, 02/06/2026 at 8:20 pm and she just stole my coupon. I received a coupon in the mail for a free travel sized body product. I chose a travel sized Japanese Cherry Blossom lotion so I can redeem my coupon. I entered my phone number for my rewards and I gave the cashier my coupon. She scanned it and said that the coupon was already redeemed. I told her that I never used it before, and she said that the coupon I received in the mail was the same coupons used in the app. I said ok… can my husband use the coupon? Or I can give it to someone else. She said that it was already used and took the coupon. I left without buying anything. I’ve never had that happen

Cashier talks down to me in an annoyed way when i did nothing wrong to her. Told the manager and she said a lot of people have complained to her, so at this point my bad experience is because of management not getting rid of her after others have complained. Sad that people are just nasty for no reason.

My wife went to this store to get some items and she tried to use some coupons carol the cashier and the store manager 4053511 was super rude and disrespectful to the degree that the cashier called my wife (very nasty)??? I don’t know what happened to customer service and the customer is always right slogan?? That happened in front of the manager and she didn’t even say anything..we will never going to go back to that store again . Please go somewhere else that still respects the customer. Please

I came today and Anais was extremely nice and helpful! Thanks so much I left with more than I came in wanting to get and even happier!

I placed 2 online orders. Wanted 1 canceled, and to pick up the other one. Employee canceled partial of each order, and I ended up being charged more than I should have. So my visit wasn't all too great...
