Super friendly staff even when crazy last minute shoppers were in the store.

I actually avoid going in l, depending on my mood. You're immediately bombarded by a salesperson and even when I say, "I'm just looking" they DO NOT STOP TALKING! Have you tried our new scent??? Candles are on sale... everything is buy 3 get one free, do you need a bag?? There's also always always always a line or a wait. You could be the only person in there and I guarantee .. you're going to wait. The last time I was there the only person at checkout, I emptied my items next to the cash register, about a dozen items. The cashier finally came over and said, "I can take you over here", at the register next to where I set my things and then stood there while I walked back and forth 4 times to move my items. Just stood there. They're rude.

Lots of good stuff here but expensive.

Friendly and overly helpful employees, in a kind way

I like the store but it is frustrating how they remove some scents and force the sale of seasonal scents that you may not want. The sales are great and the staff here is pretty friendly and knowledgeable. To be honest, it is probably the best store in the mall right now.
