Don't shop here!! Placed a large pickup order....canceled a few items which was ok i was stcking up so it's ok, then I instantly got a message stating my order was picked up??? I was no where near the store let alone picked up my order. Called the store and the phone hangs up on you. Couldn't even contact them to see if this was a mistake. I will go there tomorrow but Im sure Ill get associates that will have no clue cause it's a different day. Poor management. I literally have not shopped here due to other issues for months. Thought Id try again. Nope. By BBW!

Amazing customer service and super patient when asking questions

Don’t even bother with a pick up order. I ordered HOURS before the store even opened and stocked up on clearance candles/plug ins, etc.. by 1pm that day, still not ready. It’s like they waited until the clearance shelves were cleared before they even started picking my order. Once I got the email it was ready, 3/4 of my order was cancelled. I’m not making the drive for a $10 purchase. KEEP IT. This is the second time this has happened. Never again.

this store sucks! DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! they don’t pay attention to online orders. it’s a waste of your time and money. no sympathy for their mistakes. they racially profile you and follow you out the store! it’s pure insanity. i will definitely be taking this up with corporate.

The employees helping out around the store are nice enough. The cashier did not speak to me..but instead had an entire conversation with another employee in between ringing up my items, and handed me my bag…all without making any eye contact. It’s customer service 101. At the very least you should acknowledge the customer in front of you.
