This stores staff are without question the most helpful and sweetest ladies. Can't find or locate an item, they'll search the floor high and low. If they can't find it on the floor they'll come back with it from the stockroom. Always helpful with scent description. Share items new and just put out on the floor. No one pesters you but always happy to make the customer happy. Don't ever change your charm and sweetness ladies

Between several calls to check availability and several visits to this location right before the holidays, my experience with the staff in Hicksville was very accommodating, professional, and courteous with smiles. My first call I had the pleasure of being serviced by Sarah who had checked availability and offered to put items on hold to be picked up later. Recently ran into Bath & Body Works at the Broadway Mall for a last min Christmas gift for a co worker. The staff was beyond helpful! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a lovely young team member. She was very kind and listened very carefully to help me find just what I was looking for. She made wonderful suggestions for gifts that were right in my price range. I left very happy with two gifts for my co workers. Very happy with my shopping experience.
