I was shopping in this location on 2/27/26, about an hour before closing. I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help with anything. There were two female workers standing in the vicinity I was shopping in and they talked amongst themselves the entire time. I overheard them having a full conversation with another customer before she left, the. They ignored me the entire time. - the lady who checked me out was pleasant. I want to emphasize how unprofessional the young lady was as well as the older brown haired lady, whom walked to the register as I was checking out and loudly continued the conversation as she continuously yawned. I just had a very frustrating experience. I placed an order through their website, but the product was out of stock. However, the person I recommended the store to received the same product shortly afterwards. And after they canceled my order, if I wanted to buy another product, I would have to wait in a long line. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Shout out to the wonderful staff today. Came in for the Disney drop this afternoon and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and engaging letting all of us know about the sales etc.

Had a great pick-up experience at this BBW thanks to Desiree. She was super friendly the moment I walked in and made sure my online order was right before I left. Really appreciated her help!

I visited this store for the first time and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. I asked for a different bag because the one provided was too small and heavy. The cashier was kind enough to offer an extra bag, but the supervisor abruptly intervened in front of us and told her not to give it—very rudely. Later, when we asked about downloading the store’s mobile app to earn points for future purchases, the same supervisor again interrupted with irrelevant and dismissive comments. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the visit. This kind of treatment made me feel unwelcome, and I won’t be returning or recommending this store.
