Redeemed a single reward offer and the clerk just handed it to me without putting it in a bag. How cheap. Won't shop here again.

Normally I purchase online but had to make a few exchanges for scents I didn't care for. The experience was a breeze! I had my order number from online handy and walked in to be greeted immediately and advised how to proceed. I did my shopping for other "flavors" and did the exchange with no problems. And then of course I walked out with another candle and holder 🤣 the staff were helpful and sociable, I had a number of conversations about products and they even tried to find a matching item to the candle holder I purchased. What else can I say, I love this place!!

The magic is with the Greeter! Katie was sweet, knowledgeable and detailed with B&B products and helped me (I was lost) w getting several items I was confident buying. Thank you Katie for your hard work and amazing attitude!

Katy was phenomenal. Came to get my online order and ended up looking for a candle that I had gotten for Christmas (Flannel) but they were out of season. This sunshine of a person was so great at helping me and even had THE BEST recommendations for the scents that I described . What a gem! Thank you so so much. So happy that I found this location
