Bath & Body Works

I come to this store a lot and it usually is a great experience but I came in today and there was an offensive smell in the store. This was very strange because all bath and body works stores usually smell amazing because of all the scents. It was so bad and I believe it might have been an employee since it got stronger the closer I got to one of them. I never leave reviews but I had to say something.

On Wednesday I was in store using a gift card when the PIN number I was scratching off literally came off. Mia was instrumental in getting my card restored. I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I will continue to shop in this store and highly recommend it to others.

What a great store. I went there during an annual sale and stocked up on body creams, and tried some new scents. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite how busy they were.

The greeter was helpful, attentive and genuinely seemed happy to see me. The store was clean, the displays were bright and attractive. And the price points were clear and easily found. The 3 stars comes from the checkout woman, I don't know her name but for identification she was tall and had multiple tattoos on her arms. This employee could work on her customer service skills; she missed the opportunity to ask me if I found everything I needed, which I didn't, she also missed the opportunity to ask me if I was a Rewards member, she missed the opportunity to ask me if I had any coupons to use with his purchase, she missed the opportunity to tell me that I earned a reward that was clearly shown on my receipt and she missed the opportunity to thank me for stopping in today and making the pur

Very crowded and thy could not use my “1free item reward” on sale item, so it was disappointing. It was two weeks before Christmas, which is probably why it was so crowded.
