Came in just to browse and maybe use my rewards points and was so happy with the service! The staff was super attentive and very knowledgeable about all their products and promotions. The first staff member was great and asked me what kind of things I liked and matched me with the most perfect scent diffuser, succulents and crystals?! WIN! And it lights up!! At the cash register Laura was super sweet and patient even though the customer ahead of me was giving her a hard time. I’ll be coming back for my scent refills!

Great store at a great location with great products. I really enjoy just shopping around inside this store and looking for things to make myself feel better. It is the perfect place to buy products for your body, face, and also to buy gifts.

Overly aggressive sales tactics have escalated over the past few months and passive aggressive staff make the experience unwelcoming. I think this is just the sign for me to take my business permanently to Lush where I don’t get harassed or a whole inquisition even after I’ve said multiple times, “No thank you, I’m just browsing”. I used to enjoy coming in on my lunch breaks and taking my time selecting whatever it is I wanted for my home spa supplies. I usually don’t ever leave without making a purchase. When your customers keep saying over and over again, “No thank you” that doesn’t mean try harder to sell me on products that I’m not currently looking at. That means leave me alone, I’m browsing. It’s what I would do when I worked retail. Leave the customer alone if they’ve asked you to.

Every time I decide to come into store for something at this location I always am happy with my visit . Today I had an issue with a pick up order and called in and spoke with Brittany she was super helpful and provided a resolution for my issue with no hassle, the in store associates Yoshi and Megan also were super kind and helpful and had me in and out with out any issues .

Today I was simply impressed with the level of customer service I received. Sabrina was the greeter and helped me on the floor with finding unicorn socks for my girls. At the register Julia was sweet with my daughters and helped me utilize a $10 off of $30 promo. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received and the products available. This location will be my go-to from now on. Thank you!
