I placed two large online orders and with them getting new fall scents I had about eight candles I was returning. My candles came in batches in shipments. So I had already returned about four, but I was only exchanging. I guess I should explain I wasn’t returning. I was exchanging just for a different scent that I knew I liked because I didn’t like some of the sense I got I had no problem the first time I return the exchange them easily Some of the candles were labeled 2450 some were labeled 2650 but the sale was for a flat amount 1199 and then I had a coupon for 20% off. They match the price and I was out the door. The location is very convenient to the Springboro, Centerville, and Miamisburg areas. It’s not the location in the mall, so you can expect a more open setup (and a seemingly wider variety of product to choose from). There are quite a few restaurants i. the plaza, plenty of fast food on that strip of road, and even a Kroger grocery store if you wanna still walk around. You walk in and of course it smells great - it’s a fragrance shop, so that’s to be expected. I personally haven’t had any poor experiences at this location. The service was great. The people that work at this location have most all been around for a while and have knowledge of the product, so it makes the shopping experience pretty great.

A great place to get scents for your home. I recommend Twisted peppermint, Winter for the Christmas season. And for a fall sent Pumpkin pecan waffle. Just make sure to have coupons or when they have a good sale. Then stock up.

The greeters are weird, older women they're always rude and silent every time we've been in there. If you're even slightly alternative or have tattoos they'll ignore you at the door but watch you the entire time in store and assume you're stealing something. The cashier today was extremely rude and gave us attitude when we had to remind her twice to apply our discount so basically had to tell her how to do her job. This is the worst location every employee is so weirdly rude.
