I came to the Boone, NC store and didn’t see any employees in the front or center of the store. I was looking for something that smelled like cinnamon. I ended up buying other items and when I went to the back to pay I noticed three employees sitting on the back counter talking. Once a line starting forming they came to their registers, but were not polite. The lady who rang me up was sarcastically rude. I asked for assistance redeeming my points on my phone and she made me feel stupid and even laughed. I’d rather drive an hour to another store in TN or order online than go back to the Boone location. The management in this location needs to tighten up or they’ll see a decline in customers. Small store not a very good variety of items

These guys are great. Very willing to help you find what you ate looking for. They also helped recommend products they like. I ended up buying something from the sales lady suggestions. I was very impressed how they wiped down the card reader and counter. You go girls!
