Manager did not know how returns worked and would not honor my coupon even though the item I had ordered for pickup was open and I did not like smell. Told me I would have to come back once coupon reapplied to my account. Pretty big inconvenience and poor customer service. Will be contacting corporate

We just left BB&W and I will be ordering online from now on. Worst customer service I’ve ever had going to that location. Upon walking in we went welcomed in and we hear 2 employees (male and female) bad mothering their coworkers and talking about the people hiring bad employees. Well….. they are part of those bad employees they were talking about because they were completely fine with standing in front of customers bad mouthing their coworkers. They also never looked up from each other to greet the customers. Then at the register 2 young ladies (cashiers) were talking, whispering, and giggling while checking the customers out.

Over all nice selection! Not the best "deal" going on. Just the B3G2 equal or lesser value. If you received coupons by giving out your personal info-- you got %20 off purchase pre tax and a single "free gift" under like $7. I will say, very clean store, plenty of staff and well stocked with what is in season now. Only downfall, only a couple registers open and one was cash only. Things happen. Definitely will return, but during a much better sale to make it more worth while. PS. I also got My "$2/20" single wick candles. Purchased 4. Literally the quickest candles I've ever burned so far.😔 I even cut the remaining wax below wick level to place in wax melt to "get my moneys worth" 4 in & company couldn't even tell i had anything different burning 🙃 Definitely sticking with the "white barn

Last night (Thanksgiving) Sam, at the Bloomington Bath and Body store, was working double time! Sam was ringing up and moving the line along in half the time of the rest while still being friendly and making sure all items and coupons ring up correctly! Several people noticed and jumped to his side of the line! Everyone else was friendly and helpful as well! No complaints at all! But Sam was absolutely amazing working the pre-black Friday Sale in Thanksgiving! GREAT JOB SAM!! Ty
