Bath & Body Works

This is one of my families "Go to Businesses". As I entered today, I was greeted by the staff and asked if I was looking for a specific type of products. The store was well stocked and very clean and attractively organized. There were many items that caught my eye, including a product with the label "Cherry Berry". Today the the sales were well marked and plentiful.

Bath and Body Works has a much wider selection of scents than other stores I normally buy hygiene products or candles from, and their candles are very strong too. Places like Target and other retail stores just don't have as much of a variety to choose from. If I am looking for something like a vanilla or gourmand scent and they don't have it at those places, I can always find it here. The Strawberry Pound Cake scent is one of my favorites.

Floor associates was good helping us find wallflowers and everything else we were looking for. When we met Joyce at the cash register the energy went down quickly 😔no fun at all talking to her. Big fan of wallflowers though.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. While my mom and I were checking out some sprays, one of the associates—a Black woman—was speaking to another employee, saying, “Did you tell them we’re closing in couple of minutes?” It was loud enough for us to hear, and she was also making faces and rolling her eyes, which felt very unprofessional and rude. We were aware of the time and left the store at 8:59, well before closing. We respect store hours and never intend to overstay. However, the attitude and behavior displayed by the associate made us feel unwelcome and rushed, which is not how any customer should feel. Poor customer service like this really leaves a bad impression.
