i love this spa. The staff are always friendly and the place is very clean. Love coming here! I have had a massage, threading and facial. And all the services have been amazing.

I received a giftcard last year and used it for my nails once. (I also venmoed a $25 tip separately and directly to the nail tech. See photo.) I have attempted to contact them upwards of 9 times over the past year to schedule a haircut and have YET to hear back. I have left messages, submitted the online appointment request, called during business hours and emailed. NO REPLY!!!!! Is this because you already have his money? You don’t want to honor the gift card? Do I have to show up in person to get a response?
