Bare Necessities

Booked an appointment and the stylist was over an hour late. She did a great job on my hair and was very knowledgeable about products and supporting my goal of health and length retention so I decided to return for another appointment despite the lack of punctuality (I was also convinced by the overly emphatic apologies and the assurance that she has never done this before). This time, I arrived 5 minutes early and as 15 minutes pass, I send her a text patiently waiting for her arrival. Another 7 minutes go by and she tells her colleagues to ask me to call her and says she thought she sent a different time. The texts confirm our appointment and I even made a point to add the time in the cashapp note confirming our appointment. She lets me know she can be in in another 45 minutes…. I hope
