Barber League

They told us to be here by 2. We have been waiting Forever to just get my son’s haircut!!! This is ridiculous!!!! The lady who works there took 1 hour 50 min to do a boys haircut!!! They had everyone go before him even though he had an appointment for 2pm!!! I don’t know why they didn’t let him go in I’m so pissed and dissatisfied with the service that we received. Not sure if I want to go here EVER AGAIN!!! 1 hr and 12 min still waiting when they told him to come here at 2!!!!! Finally he got in!!! It was ridiculous wait time!!!

I had a 10:00 AM appointment. By 10:10 the entire shop was still locked and no one showed up. No message, no call, nothing. Even if the stylist had arrived after that, it would’ve taken additional time just to open and set up. Driving to the mall and back for a no-show is a major inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time It took 40 minutes out of my work day.

Nico did an awesome job! Super precise, friendly, and professional. The shop has a fun, relaxed vibe and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service in a great atmosphere.

We made an appointment to get my husbands hair cut because we didn’t have time to wait as walk ins. His barber showed up 30 mins late and his hands reeked of cigarettes. We’re pretty sure he didn’t wash his hands before hand. We watched multiple walk ins get in before my husband who had an appointment so what was the point of making an appointment. Never going back, very unprofessional

I came into the mall, looking for a haircut, and Jerome helped me achieve this goal really fast and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I came in for a walk-in and he was a great barber for a lot of reasons he gave me advice and talk to me and he’s really cool… And he also did a great job on the haircut itself. Jerome was also good at styling the hair after the haircut, and he knew exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't have a picture of it. Great job Jerome and thank you.
