Barbara Helynn Heard, LMT

I recently had a first time session with Barbara Helynn Heard. Arrived pretty tight and much pain & feeling very anxious to get started. Barbara knows her stuff. She is well organized and created the environment that supported my expectations. She took her time and went step by step to address my issues and my body as a whole. It was a very pleasurable and a beneficial experience & left feeling very relaxed and on a journey of healing. She was great! BTW her website is very informative and actually answered all of my questions which I like prior to going. It reduced the risk in my expectations which were fully attended to. Thank you Barbara! See you in October or upon your east coast trip return. P.S. I am very picky & never give anything or body a 5. ;+)
