Always a great, firm massage. If you need a deep tissue for good price, I recommend Bao. Not a typical spa setting, but gets the job done.

Clean facility, sweet front desk agent and skilled massage therapist! You are in an open space with other guests, however it’s not invasive or noticeable once your session starts. Charles my therapist was amazing. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed.

The place is a great location, and the reflexology foot massage is amazing. Struggling with foot pain due to muscle inflammation and it helps keep me on my feet for my job and home. They have an open space concept with multiple stations, however, it didn't impact my relaxation.

BEWARE of the monthly membership. It is a monthly use it or lose it. Meaning you pay for the service but they retain the money for your service as they do not roll over. My husband and I each have a membership and despite paying for the service each month over the several months, we’ve lost the massages that we paid for. We’ve been members for a while and it’s at the bottom of the terms (that we haven’t read in some time). It’s disappointing and I wish someone had reached out to say something as a friendly reminder to freeze or remember that we will lose them after the first 2 unused. We won’t be back.

Very disappointing experience. This has happened a few times where we receive a discount to come in, and then we come in are told we can’t use it. This time it was a 20% off. The lady at the desk then told us she’d call the owner to see if she could figure it out for us. After speaking with the owner, she then told us that we were in a blackout time because it was very busy (Monday evening with one other customer in the building), and the discount would normally have to be used another time. She said that this time though they would waive that as a courtesy and would apply the discount. 5 minutes later when we were about to go in for our massage she then told us the owner changed their mind and would actually only apply the 20% off to one of our two massages (me and my girlfriend both get
