I am so grateful to Panjit. She has been working on my frozen shoulders for months. She helped relieve the pain and loosen everything including my legs and more. Blessed she knows how to take care of my needs. Thankful she takes care of all of us.

This place is a hidden gem! Panjit is incredibly professional and welcoming. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and really knows how to work out tight, overused muscles. As someone who trains regularly, I’ve had my fair share of massages, but none compare to this. I left feeling totally refreshed and pain-free. Highly recommend for athletes or anyone who needs deep, effective bodywork. Will definitely be coming back!

Panjit is the best masseuse I have had in San Francisco. I had severe shoulder pain before I visited the clinic and felt so much better after doing a 90mins deep tissue massage with her. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST massage here last week.  I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! I decided to treat myself to a 60-minute Banyan Massage for my birthday. I am recent Swedish massage converts (regular massages are for sissies). I picked medium/strong pressure, and it was intense and really painful at some points, so I think I'll pick medium pressure next time.  Audy was the therapist and she was fantastic.  Totally thorough and really got all my knots and tension out., although occasionally painful. The best part was when she put the oil on my back and really worked on my knots.  Pure bliss! I do like that she didn’t spend any time at all wiggling your toes or slapping your butt, it was just vigorous massaging the entire time. $89for a 60 minute massage is pretty damn afforda
