BancFirst Tower

This building is really special to me. This is where my dad's office was. That would often go to work with him on the weekends, especially when my grades were bad and if I needed to study more. I would usually sit in the conference room which was lined with law books on the wall. My dad usually kept a few snacks around the office, particularly soda pops in peanut butter, crackers and pretzels. He also really like to have soup around the office too. He always had a really messy desk in papers where every which way in a stack 10 in high. he always had plenty of office supplies and pins and highlighters in red, blue and black ink. We have been with BancFirst for years and have not needed any assistance. The one time an issue occurs, they simply dropped the ball on us and never attempted anything beyond saying they are working on it. A company sent our company the wrong goods and then stated too bad, they won't help make it right. I told BancFirst and provided all the evidence to stop payment and get our funds back, but nothing happened. It seems they only care about big businesses, not the small businesses they claim to represent.

Katie Kirk deserves a raise. After experiencing several days of frustration and unreturned calls from a branch, I was finally connected with Katie. In just 15 minutes, she efficiently resolved an issue that I had been struggling with for days. Her professionalism and prompt assistance were a stark contrast to the challenges I previously faced.

The building hours on Saturdays are misleading. Yes, the building is open until 2 PM. But there are no banking services whatsoever at this location on Saturdays.

Plenty of office space for businesses and great views! The location is centralized and easy to get to. If you're needing office space defintly check out the Cotter Ranch Tower in Downtown Oklahoma City.
