Ballaura Wellness Spa

I had a wonderful massage at Ballaura. Alana was professional yet friendly and helped relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck. The spa is warm and very clean. I enjoyed being able to select my own music preference and volume level. The front desk staff were caring and informative. 5 stars all around!

Fern did a GREAT job. I would even say she provided the BEST massage I've received. Fern did a great job listening to what I expected for my massage & what I wanted to get out of it. She went over the didn't techniques that would be available to me & gave me the opportunity to choose which ones would work & made it clear I could change my mind mid massage if I didn't like something or wanted more pressure. I am more "busty," so Fern made some shoulder padding as well as a pillow for under my chest to help alleviate any pressure & it ALL worked like a charm. I didn't have any uncomfortable pressure while on my stomach, which was a first. I also loved that Fern kept her hands on me as much as she could. Incredible place! First thing when you walk in you’re greeted by sweet receptionists and the whole ambiance instantly relaxed me. Had a fantastic teep tissue massage with Doug. He felt everywhere that needed to be worked on in my shoulder and lower back. My tightness is much lessened and I have better range of motion, it’s been a long time I’ve felt this good! Definitely coming back to Ballaura Wellness Spa!

What a great place! Professional and inviting from first call to end of massage. Alana and Crystal did a couples massage for my husband and I. They did exactly what we asked of them. We felt amazing. On our way out we scheduled more massages. Looking forward to making a message a regular in our busy schedules. Thank you!

Katy was amazing! Probably the best massage of my life and the first time I did 2 hrs. I thought I would get antsy with the length. However, all the different techniques she did kept it interesting and feeling so good. I will definitely be back. The space is so cozy and relaxing, too.
