Balboa Nails Spa

We had a stop in Newport when sailing to the Caribbean and were desperate to fix our nails. We found this salon close by and booked an appointment each. The service and result is impeccable. Jessica gave me the full lavender pedicure package, which I highly recommend. The overall experience was very comfortable and our nails now both look amazing and are ready for a new leg at sea. Today we made an appointment for our first time visiting Balboa Nail Spa. Adrian was so professional on the phone, it made a positive impression from the start. My husband and I each had a wonderful pedicure, Kim and Jessica were both skilled and attentive. I received a superb massage from Jessica while my feet soaked. Alayna the owner provided my special nail treatment that combined gel and dip, a gorgeous ombré French manicure, with the exact shape I requested. The place is lovely, very clean and tranquil. I took the time to review which I don’t do often, but I enjoyed the care and kindness I received so much, gracious comes to mind. This is next level service friends, Balboa Nail Spa is in a special class!

Amazing salon! Gracie and Lana were incredible! I had pretty uncomfortable acrylics done in Phoenix that just weren’t for me and Gracie and Lana took excellent care of me. Gracie removed the acrylics effortlessly and without any discomfort. My nails are extremely sensitive so I praise anyone that can give me a manicure without any discomfort. Sounds silly but it’s true! Lana worked hard to find me the perfect color! After my manicure was done they were able to squeeze in my daughters pedicure and matched her already done mani perfectly!! They were so kind and showed excellent customer service. The salon was clean, bright, and had a great energy! Gracie and Lana were always smiling with each customer that came in. 10 out of 5 stars for Balboa Nails!!!! A must try if you’re ever in Newport

I love this place! We live in Florida but when I am in town and have time I like to come here to get a pedicure. Today they were able to take both my husband and I immediately. They gave him a manicure and me a pedicure. We also got massages which were incredible (and very much needed!) The place is beautiful, staff is SUPER friendly & attentive making sure you feel great the entire time. They have amazing massage chairs too. They also have a complimentary drink menu while you get your services done. There is a parking lot right around the corner you can park at if you can't find street parking out front. I highly recommend whether you live here or are visiting that you come on by and treat yourself at this spa!!!

Just had one of the best nail salon experiences of all time! The owners here thought of everything and are customer obsessed. From the life size menu, to the complimentary adult beverages and the exceptional foot massage you won’t be disappointed.
