She took the time to explain the process, made me feel completely at ease, and the results were beautiful- natural looking, lifted lashes with the perfect tint. The studio was clean and relaxing, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for expert lash services in a welcoming environment!

I have now had lash extensions, dermaplane facial, brow waxing and a scalp waterfall treatment, and I left every time feeling like a brand new person. Balanh is incredibly gentle and detailed—my lashes look absolutely flawless and natural, and the retention is amazing. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The scalp waterfall treatment was heavenly. Not only was it super relaxing, but it also left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair softer and healthier.
