I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 75-minute massage at IYOK Wellness Center, and it was absolutely amazing! Nate, the massage therapist, was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere of the wellness center was so relaxing, with soft lighting and soothing music that truly set the tone for a peaceful experience. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone looking for a top-tier massage experience. I'll definitely be returning!

I fell in love as soon as I walked in! Did reflexology and pedicure with Jenn and it was soooo relaxing. She’s personable and made me feel welcome. Cant wait to do reiki with her and schedule other appointments!!

From my facials with Avery and my deep tissue massage with Trish. What a wonderful facility. Clean and relaxing. I have to say. My deep tissue with Trish was the best massage I have ever had. She truly has a gift.

This is my first experience with a personal trainer and and I am soooo pleased. Jenn Craig is AWESOME 💯. She is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Jenn really gives you PERSONAL TRAINING - She customized the training based on what I want to achieve. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Balanced IYOK Wellness!!!

My first spray tan EVER! No orange. Gorgeous, even, perfect golden glow! I felt at ease and trusted Jen and the process. Several days later, I am still glowing. A neat experience, overall. I look forward to returning to IYOK again!
