I have been seeing Ashley for like 5 years—I think since the middle of Covid, and I have never gotten a less than perfect massage from her. She’s super intuitive, has tiny witch elbows that get into every knot and tension area, and also is a hilarious person with good taste in tv and movies. I have never found someone who is as good at doing trigger point-y work without just irritating the muscle further, and she’s deceptively strong. She uses whatever tools she feels like, too, as extensions of her body (cups, hot stones, etc). Ashley makes me feel super comfortable and I literally always leave feeling like a new person. I’d give her 11 stars if it was an option.

Her trigger point work is incredible (she somehow finds every single spot that needs it), and she’s also amazing with cupping and hot stones when I need deeper relief.
